And the power and voltage are chosen to plug right into standard industrial setups. That means it fits into what you already have, cleanly. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all deal. We tune the electrical specs and the physical layout to match your line exactly.
Materials and Build
We use quartz envelopes because they handle the heat shock and UV intensity that would wreck ordinary glass in no time. Inside, the UV source is picked for steady shortwave output. The lamp body is coated to manage reflection and heat loss, so the energy stays focused where it matters. Then there’s the connector choice, which is just practical. R7s and SK15 types are made for solid contact, repeatable installs, and fast swaps on the floor. So if a lamp ever burns out, you wire it back in and get running again with minimal downtime.
