Plus, we keep the housings compact so they actually fit into your conveyor tunnels without a fight. But we have to talk about the heat. High-intensity UV creates a lot of infrared byproduct. It gets hot.Really hot. If your fans or water cooling aren’t up to the task, your bulbs will burn out way too fast, or worse, your materials will start warping. A quick tip: check your airflow every 500 hours. It takes two minutes and saves you a massive headache. Making it work with your system Our units are designed to drop right into standard frames. The wiring is simple, but we’re pretty stubborn about one thing: use shielded cables. If you don’t, the electrical noise can mess with your PLC signals, and then you’re chasing ghosts in your code all afternoon. Now, the trade-off for all that power is the bulb’s lifespan. They do fade over time. To keep your quality consistent, you’ve got to swap them out before they hit that “decay” point.
